Is there the possibility that someone else will be staying in the house at the same time?

The House from A Christmas Story is a single rental. Guests get the entire house to themselves.  The Bumpus House has two separate up and downstairs suites.  If you rent both suites of The Bumpus House there is an inside access door that will allow access to both suites.
