CLEVELAND – May 1, 2017 – Fans of the beloved holiday film “A Christmas Story” can now immerse themselves in the movie magic by booking an overnight stay at one of its iconic filming locations. Starting June 1, 2017, the House from A Christmas Story will be available for year-round overnight stays, a unique opportunity previously offered only to winners of an annual Christmas holiday charity auction.
“We have received countless requests from fans eager to spend the night in the house,” said Brian Jones, founder and owner of the House from A Christmas Story. “We are thrilled to finally make this dream come true.”
Guests can enjoy exclusive access to the House from A Christmas Story’s third-floor loft, which includes a bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and bathroom. The house can accommodate up to six guests per night. Overnight guests will have the entire house to themselves from an hour after closing until 9 a.m. the following morning, with check-out at 11 a.m. The experience also includes a free tour of the House from A Christmas Story and discounts on local dining. Rates start at $495 per night.

The House from Christmas Story is meticulously restored to its original movie appearance and located just five minutes from downtown Cleveland at 3159 W. 11th St. in the Tremont neighborhood. Open year-round, seven days a week (excluding major holidays), the museum offers hourly tours of the house. Admission is $18 for adults, $16 for seniors, and $13 for children.
